Dr. Manjunath N M L is a Consultant Surgical Oncologist at Manipal Hospital and a dedicated volunteer at Hatti Gousamthana. A native of Chikkamagaluru district, Karnataka, he completed his early education in Shivamogga, followed by medical studies at JSS Medical College (MBBS), Mysore, a Master’s in General Surgery (MS) from Karnataka Institute of Medical Sciences, Hubli, and a super-specialization in Surgical Oncology (M.Ch) from the prestigious All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi.

Dr. Manjunath is a highly respected cancer surgeon working in the corporate healthcare sector. Alongside his professional excellence, he is a passionate nature enthusiast with a deep commitment to sustainability and holistic living. He believes in the healing power of nature and actively practices yoga and meditation, promoting their benefits within his community.

Having grown up in close connection with the land, Dr. Manjunath has firsthand experience in farming—ploughing fields, rearing cattle, milking cows and buffaloes, planting trees, and cultivating vegetables. He believes that farming is not a commercial venture but a sacred duty and service to nature, reflecting our fundamental connection with the earth.

His volunteer work with Hatti Gousamthana is a natural extension of his values, bringing together his love for animals, nature, and selfless service.

Sudeep GM is a management graduate with over a decade of experience in brand and marketing leadership. He currently leads Marketing and Communications at Reliance Retail, bringing a sharp strategic eye, creative depth, and a strong grasp of consumer behaviour to the trust’s outreach efforts.

Outside the boardroom, Sudeep is equally committed to sustainability and traditional living. He runs Areca Farms in Shivamogga, where he practices zero-waste agriculture, an approach rooted in indigenous techniques like Vermicomposting, natural waste decomposition, and bio-bacterial cultures. It’s all part of his belief in MARILI MANNIGE – “Return to the Soil.”

Rooted in old-school wisdom, Sudeep practices organic farming – growing paddy, pulses, and green vegetables using traditional methods. A strong advocate for natural agriculture, his early years were spent herding cattle and buffaloes, listening to village stories, and exploring the forest. These formative experiences grounded him in the rhythms of rural life and shaped his enduring connection to the land

A true nature enthusiast, Sudeep finds peace in the wild. Whether he’s foraging forest fruits, swimming in mountain streams, or cooking in the open with native ingredients, his off-grid adventures reflect his passion for preserving local wisdom and living sustainably.

Sudheendra Prasad E S is a dedicated volunteer at Hatti Gousamthana, bringing with him a strong background in journalism, agriculture, and digital media. He holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Kuvempu University and has over 20 years of professional experience in journalism, social media platforms, and human resource development.

Currently serving as Senior Staff Correspondent for Prajavani.net (Web Edition), he manages content operations, social media strategy, and event coordination, leading a team of 10+ professionals in the Dharwad district of North Karnataka. His journalism covers a broad spectrum—from technology, the automobile sector, and sports, to civic issues, education, entertainment, political analysis, and socially impactful stories.

Coming from an agricultural family background, Sudheendra has a deep appreciation for rural life and traditional practices like cattle care and organic farming. He has further enriched this knowledge through a Diploma in Agricultural Extension Services for Input Dealers (DAESI), making his contributions to Hatti Gousamthana especially relevant and impactful.

He has represented the media industry in international assignments across Southeast Asia—including Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, and China—and works closely with global tech partners like PPI (Germany) and YODASOFT on newsroom software development for Prajavani Kannada Daily.

In addition to his media work, he has played a key role in organizing major cultural and literary events such as the Kannada Sahitya Sammelana and Kannada Sahitya Sambrama, promoting Kannada literature and heritage.

Sudheendra’s blend of media expertise, agricultural understanding, and cultural commitment makes him a valued contributor to the mission and vision of Hatti Gousamthana.

Ajay Kaushik is a Chartered Accountant and a passionate volunteer at Hatti Gousamthana. He has been practicing as a CA since 2019 and is currently a Partner at GSA Kumar and Associates, based in RR Nagar, Bangalore. His professional focus lies in direct and indirect taxation as well as bank audits, where he brings precision, insight, and integrity to his work.

Beyond numbers and audits, Ajay is deeply committed to sustainable living and environmental preservation. He actively seeks ways to align his personal lifestyle with nature-conscious values—making his volunteer work with Hatti Gousamthana a natural extension of his beliefs.

He also believes in giving back to society and has participated in various charity run events and social initiatives, using his time and energy to contribute to meaningful causes.

Passionately a triathlete, Ajay swims, cycles, and runs with the same enthusiasm he brings to all areas of his life. As he humorously puts it, “Why suck at one sport when you can do three?”

Geetha Sudheer Hundi is a seasoned advocate and legal consultant based in Bengaluru, India, with over 25 years of comprehensive experience in the legal profession. Her diverse expertise spans across civil and criminal law, family law, human rights law, business law, intellectual property rights (IPR), and cyber law. She is also a certified expert under the POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) framework, advising organizations on workplace compliance and redressal mechanisms.

Geetha currently serves as the Director and Founding Partner at Tri Iustitia Legal, Bengaluru, where she leads legal strategies and manages a broad range of matters including real estate transactions, IPR, cyber law compliance, and both civil and criminal litigation. Her role involves strategic counsel, litigation, contract negotiation, and dispute resolution.

Previously, she was associated with Sheelvant Law Associates, Bengaluru, and began her career at Ashwini Kumar Joshi Chambers, Mysore, where she gained hands-on experience in civil and criminal litigation and mediation.

Her academic credentials include a Master’s in Business Law, along with Postgraduate Diplomas in Intellectual Property Rights Law and Human Rights Law from the National Law School of India University (NLSIU). She has further enhanced her specialization with a certificate in Cyber Law from the Indian Law Institute.

Apart from practice, Geetha is actively involved in legal education and has conducted sessions—both online and offline—for MBA students on Intellectual Property Rights, sharing insights into the evolving intersection of business and law.
